Introduction
Training ByteSize is a family-run, accredited provider of project and programme management training, delivering Online, Virtual, Blended, Classroom, and Onsite courses to professionals worldwide.
While their previous website was functional, it had become slow, visually dated, and increasingly restrictive. The challenge was to modernise a live, multi-region platform without disrupting sales — and to bring the brand confidently into 2026.
SmartaStudio delivered a fully redesigned WordPress and WooCommerce multisite spanning the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, built to support growth, improve admin efficiency, and deliver a premium learning experience.

Modernising a Live, Multi-Region E-Commerce Platform Without Disruption
The challenge was upgrading a working but tired website that served multiple regions and learning formats. The platform was slow, admin-heavy, and limited in flexibility — making it harder to scale and evolve the brand.
The solution was a WordPress and WooCommerce multisite with a shared foundation and region-specific content, currencies, and course offerings. Key improvements included:
We introduced automated logic to manage course data across regions, including the automatic removal of expired course dates. This significantly reduced manual input, minimised the risk of outdated information appearing on the site, and freed up the team to focus on delivering training rather than maintaining listings.
The front end was completely redesigned to feel confident, modern, and premium. Clear visual hierarchy, improved layouts, and smoother interactions make it easier for users to explore courses, understand learning options, and move through the site with confidence across all devices.
To make navigating a large catalogue of courses intuitive, we created a bold visual identity system for each course division. Strong colour palettes, imagery, and visual cues clearly differentiate categories while maintaining a unified brand experience across regions.
Performance was a core focus of the rebuild. We optimised assets, refined templates, and streamlined the technical setup to ensure fast load times across all three regional sites. The result is a noticeably faster experience that supports engagement, usability, and future SEO growth from day one.
